Kathmandu, February 27
The ruling coalition has agreed to pass the US Assistance Project (MCC) from the House of
Representatives today.
The meeting in Baluwatar decided to ratify the MCC agreement by including the government’s answers and explanatory remarks on the questions raised in Parliament, according to senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel.
The MCC will be passed at the parliament’s second meeting today, according to Poudel.
This was decided at a meeting of the ruling coalition in Baluwatar, which took place at the
Prime Minister’s official residence.
The House of Representatives is meeting at 1 pm today.
