As long as the current government coalition is in power, CPN-UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai believes the country would be a prisoner of uncertainty.
He told reporters on Thursday at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor that the partnership must be disbanded. ”This agreement must be shattered. The country will remain a prisoner of indecision as long as the partnership exists. ”As a result, it has to break down quickly,” he explained.
The current conflict inside the ruling coalition has been framed as a national crisis, according to Bhattarai, and the country has been made the focal point of geopolitical maneuvering.
”By bringing factions’ crises into the party and the party’s problem into the alliance, and by making the alliance’s crisis a national crisis, Nepal has been turned into a geopolitical arena,” he stated.
Bhattarai has previously stated, ”The ruling coalition has failed in this regard. It has brought the country into disrepute around the world.” The country’s international reputation has been harmed. Its coalition must take ownership of the situation. ”It should go to the Prime Minister.”
Bhattarai, a member of the largest opposition party, said he would not comment on the matter because passing the MCC was the government’s obligation.
Bhattarai further said that despite having a conversation with the UML, Prime Minister Sher
Bahadur Deuba did not address the matter expressed by him. ”We’ve asked you to write a blank check without addressing our concerns. UML is not going to write you a blank check ”he stated He specified, ”It has to be black and white.”
