The Supreme Court has refused to register a writ petition against the US grant Millennium
Challenge Corporation (MCC).
Advocates Surendra Bhandari and Swagat Nepal had taken the writ petition to the apex court demanding the abolition of MCC.
The apex administration has remarked that registration of the writs would be invalid as the
issue has already been taken up in parliament.
