Meeting of the ruling coalition will be held tomorrow to decide on MCC

The government has decided not to present the MCC proposal in today’s meeting of the House of Representatives.During a meeting between Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN(Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, it was agreed not to present the MCC today.

According to PM’s Press Coordinator GovindaPariyar, it was agreed not to present MCC in today’s meeting. The two leaders agreed to convene a meeting of coalition leaders on Thursday to discuss the issue.

Although the CPN (Maoist Center) announced to oppose the ratification of the MCC project before making any amendments, the Nepali Congress has announced to stand in favor of the grant agreement.
