CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Deputy Leader Subash Nemwang has said that there is no advice on the impeachment registered against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR.
Nemwang, who is also the party’s vice-chairman, said that the ruling party had not discussed the impeachment with UML. “The government has not consulted with us; it is working in its own way. We just found out that the indictment has been registered,” said Nemwang.
He said that the party was preparing for the discussion to take a decision on the impeachment. “We will discuss. MPs are in the program of the provinces. We have already informed everyone,” said Nemwang.
