Nepal Life Insurance has announced to pay dividend to the shareholders. A meeting of the
company held on Friday decided to pay 145 bonus shares from the profit of the fiscal year
2076/77 and pay a total dividend of 14.73 percent by paying 0.73 percent in cash.
The company has stated that the proposed bonus shares will be distributed after approval by the Insurance Regulatory Committee and the annual general meeting of Siddhartha. Last year, the company had distributed 31 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend (from the profit of the fiscal year 2075/76).
