Citizen leaders have demanded the dismissal of Minister for Physical Infrastructure and
Transport Renu Yadav for threatening to kill a person.
Dr. In a joint statement issued here on Friday, Kedanar Narasimha KC, Charan Prasai, Ganesh Kumar Mandal, Sushil Pyakurel, Taranath Dahal, Indra Aryal, Mahamunishwar Acharya and Kanak Mani Dixit objected to Yadav’s statement that he was spreading murder and social violence.
Calling Yadav’s statement, a public confession of his party’s involvement in the Gaur massacre, he said the caretaker minister’s threat to assassinate him and proudly taking ownership of his involvement in past killings was a result of the ongoing impunity in the country. We strongly urge Prime Minister Deuba to immediately remove Minister Renu Yadav and bring him to justice. ”
