There is a possibility of snowfall across the country. As the western low-pressure system will be active from Thursday, there is a possibility of light rain across the country in a few days.
According to Meteorologist Manju Basi of the Meteorological Department, light rain is expected in Karnali, Far West and Gandaki provinces and the capital Kathmandu.
“On Saturday and Sunday, the low-pressure system is likely to be a bit more active, and overall, it will be moderate,” she said. The department has only forecast till Thursday in the three-day weather forecast bulletin published on Tuesday.
