Omicron.
According to the projection of the Ministry of Health and Population, the number of confirmed daily infections will be higher in the second week of Magh. At that time, an average of 20,000 infections per day can be confirmed. During this time there will be about 10,000 infected people with symptoms and more than 1,000 may need to be hospitalized.
According to the ministry’s projection, the highest pressure in the hospital will be in the third week of Magh. At that time, the number of infected people treated in the hospital was estimated to be around 14,000. Krishna Poudel informed the Education and Health Committee of the Parliament.
