Western low-pressure systems are beginning to have an impact on Nepal again. Due to the
system, there is a possibility of light rain in one or two places in the hilly terrain and light
snowfall in some places in the high hilly and mountainous terrain today, according to the
Weather Forecast Division.
The westerly winds have a general effect on the country. It is foggy in many parts of the Terai in the morning. The weather forecast department has informed that it will be partly cloudy in the afternoon. According to the Division, light rain is likely in one or two places in the hilly terrain. There will be light snowfall in some parts of the high hills and mountains of the country.
Light rain is expected in one or two places of hilly terrain at night. Light snow is expected in a few places in the high hills and mountains of the country on Wednesday. Light rain is expected in the far west, Karnali and Lumbini.
