Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has resumed his regular job on Friday after testing negative for the second time in a week.
A cabinet meeting has also been called for Friday. Prime Minister Deuba is also scheduled to
participate in other programs to be held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of
Ministers at Singha Durbar.
Prime Minister Deuba’s report was also negative in the Covid test conducted on Thursday,
while the test conducted last Monday was also negative.
Deuba, who has been sitting in isolation since last Saturday postponing political meetings and formal programs, is scheduled to participate in all programs from today, said his chief personal secretary Bhanu Deuba.
After some leaders, including CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who
attended the meeting of the all-party and ruling coalition together, showed signs of cowardice, Prime Minister Deuba had postponed all programs at the PM’s residence Baluwatar and Singha Durbar from last Saturday.
