Gandaki Chief Minister Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokharel has said that the Gandaki state
government is ready to solve the problem of community forest. Inaugurating the Silver Jubilee program organized by the Chautari Community Forest Users Group at Devchuli Municipality-17 of Nawalparasi (East of Bardaghat-Sustapur) on Tuesday, Chief Minister Pokharel said that the budget would be brought in the coming days by giving priority to the problems of community forests.
“There are various problems in community forests. The state government arranges special
initiatives and budgets to solve these problems.” he said. He expressed his commitment to take the lead in solving the problems of community forests in the state.
Chief Minister Pokharel said that the state government has borne the cost of treatment of
women with breast cancer, Rs 50,000 to the families of those who died from corona, Rs 5,000 per month to the children who have lost their parents and education to the destitute.
