Kathmandu, January 6.
A complaint has been lodged with the Election Commission against Nepali Congress central
member Binod Chaudhary. Subhash Chandra Yadav, a member of the General Committee of
Siraha Constituency No. 3, has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission against
Chaudhary, who became a member from the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress.
According to the Election Office, a complaint was lodged against Chaudhary on Wednesday
demanding his resignation. In the complaint against Chaudhary, Yadav has demanded the
removal of the post claiming that he has become a central member against the constitution. He claims that Yadav should be named as a central member from that constituency.
