The Revenue Investigation Department has filed a case against Sobhan Kant Dhakal, Saroj
Dhakal, Umakumari Dhakal, Santu Shrestha, director of Ansan International Pvt. Ltd. and
Rajeshwar Shrestha, director of Rajeshwar & Company, auditing the firm.
Shobha Kant Dhakal is the main accused in the Lalita Niwas land case in Baluwatar.
Kathmandu’s Nagarjuna Municipality-1, Nursery Chowk with permanent address Ansan International Pvt. Ltd. and Lalitpur Metropolitan City-7 Sundhara with permanent address Rajeshwar & Co. for the purpose of leaking revenue the department has demanded to recover Rs 1.20 billion due to apparent revenue leakage.
The department has also filed an indictment before the high court to impose 100 percent fine on Bigo. The department has demanded half-sentence for auditor Shrestha in abettor for aiding in revenue leakage.
