Founder shares of Kumari Bank up for auction

Kathmandu, January 4

The founder shares of Kumari Bank Limited will be sold through auction. 7 thousand 103
founder shares of the bank have been brought for auction since Monday.

The shares in the name of Rita Shrestha, the founding shareholder of the bank, have been
brought up for auction so that only the existing founding shareholders can buy them.

Interested existing founding shareholders will be able to submit applications within the next 35 days at the Bank’s Central Office, Tangal, Kathmandu and at the Central Office of Share Registrar Kumari Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.

The bank has also informed that if the existing founding shareholders are not distributed within the stipulated period, the shares will be sold to other individuals and entities.
