Kathmandu, January 3
Police have arrested Bobby Sodari, son of Dirgha Bahadur Sodari, Minister for Physical
Infrastructure Development of Far Western Province.
A spokesperson of the District Police Office, Kailali, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ved Prakash Joshi said that the 23-year-old fugitive was arrested on Sunday.
”We have arrested him on Sunday and are investigating the case,” DSP Joshi told.
According to DSP Joshi, Durga Devi Neupane, 99, was injured in a collision with a vehicle
(Bagmati Pradesh 01025 Cha 6655) driven by Sodari at Tikapur in Kailali on Poush 2. Neupane died in Nepalgunj on Poush 11 while undergoing treatment.
Sodari, who had been in touch after agreeing to bear the medical expenses of the injured
Neupane, lost contact after her death.
