Kathmandu, January 2
Thirteen people, including the acting chief administrative officer of a municipality in Jajarkot, have been arrested for gambling.
Acting Chief Administrative Officer of Bheri Municipality Dal Bahadur Gharti and Chairman of Ward No. 6 of the same municipality Shashi Budha have been arrested from Nepali Congress, said Karnali Pradesh Police Office Spokesperson Madhav Shrestha.
He was arrested from Bherinagar Municipality-4 at around 3 this morning. According to SP
Shrestha, 252,000 rupees in cash was also recovered from them.
