Chairman of the CPN-Maoist Centre Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has got the right to elect 10
percent representatives.
A standing committee meeting on Saturday morning gave Chairman Prachanda the right to select 10
percent of the 1,483 National Conference delegates.
The first National Conference of the Maoists is being inaugurated at Pragya Bhawan, Kathmandu on
Paush 11.
