The CPN (Maoist Center) has decided to prepare a three-tier curriculum and conduct
higher level classes and instructor training accordingly. The meeting of the party school
department has decided to create basic, secondary and higher level curriculums and
prepare the curriculum accordingly.
According to Manohari Timilsina, a member of the school department, the meeting
decided to conduct high level classes and instructor training on behalf of the center and
secondary and basic level classes at the state and municipal levels.
The meeting concluded that a culture of self-study should be developed at the ward
level, school work should be done with the communication of party line at the center,
and a Marxist perspective should be prepared by studying contemporary issues
developed in the present world.
He informed that it has been decided to carry out the research in a planned manner,
formulate working procedure, code of conduct and annual action plan. The meeting also
discussed about the necessary structure for the school and the compulsory legal
provision to take a certain level of class to take the responsibility of the party.
