The state assembly meeting of state 1 has been postponed till Kartik 15. Regarding the vote of confidence submitted by Chief Minister Bhim Prasad Acharya, the state assembly meeting scheduled for Sunday has been postponed to Kartik 15 to move forward the process on the proposal.
Speaker of the Provincial Assembly Pradip Kumar Bhandari has postponed the meeting 12:30 pm on Kartik 15. Chamila Bhattarai, spokesperson of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat, informed that the meeting scheduled for Sunday has been postponed to Kartik 15. Speaker Bhandari has called an all-party meeting and decided to postpone the meeting after holding discussions with the parties.
Earlier, the Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML had demanded the postponement of the state assembly meeting on Sunday.
