CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has accused the ruling five-party alliance of being a retrogressive alliance. Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the ward convention on Saturday, Chairman Oli said that the five-party alliance in the ruling coalition could not be progressive.
“It’s an alliance of retrogressive forces. It is a way of pushing the country into instability, of not allowing progress, of causing discipline and anarchy, of overthrowing the communist government, and of going from state to state. This is the path of regression,” Oli said.
Stating that he would fight vigorously against the retrogressive activities, Oli also instructed the cadres to face the situation head on.
