The Supreme Court is scheduled to pronounce its verdict in the Lalita Niwas land case against former prime ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal and BaburamBhattarai on Kartik 15. On Monday, Chief Justice CholendraShumsher JBR and Justice NahakulSubediordered to pronounce the verdict on Kartik 15.
Senior Advocate Bal Krishna Neupane had filed a writ petition against Nepal and Bhattarai in the land case of Lalita Niwas. Neupane’swrit filed on Magh 29, 2076, could not be heard even though the Supreme Court had earlier given priority.
