Another one lakh doses of vaccine arrived in Nepal from China

China has provided additional one lakh doses of vaccine to Nepal. One lakh doses of vaccine sent as a grant by the Chinese Red Cross Society was brought to Kathmandu on Friday, September 24, Nepal Samaj Online wrote.

According to the Chinese embassy in Nepal, the vaccine was brought by Cathay Pacific Airlines on Friday. Last week alone, 40 lakh doses of the vaccine were purchased from China.

China initially provided eight lakh doses, ten lakh doses for second time and 16 lakh doses for third time. The government had purchased 60 lakh doses of the vaccine from China.
