Amidst the obstruction of the CPN-UML, the House of Representatives has passed two bills related to finance. In a meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma had proposed to pass the Finance Bill 2078 and the National Debt Raising Bill 2078. Both these bills have been passed by the House of Representatives with the approval of the majority of the members when Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota presented the decision in the House.
Also, Secretary of the House of Representatives Gopal Nath Yogi conveyed the message that the Appropriation Bill 2078, which originated in the House, was passed by the National Assembly and returned. The meeting of the House of Representatives has been adjourned till 2 pm on Monday, Asoj 11.
