Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet, the general public expressed good wishes

The 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet on August 19 is being celebrated at Potala Durbar Square in Lhasa, attended by about 20,000 people.

Participating in the ceremony Panpa Treren, is the head of the Lhasa urban Vacor Road Tanchelin community. Ten years ago, he also attended the 60th anniversary of tge peaceful liberation of Tibet. He said that he was very proud to be present at the 70th anniversary celebrations.

Similarly, Mima Treran, a student of Lhasa Urban Secondary School, who participated in the ceremony, expressed that she will contribute to the construction of the motherland by enrolling in a good university in the future.

According to teacher Chang Chunmai, Tibet’s human rights have made all-round and historic progress in 70 years of development.

Similarly, Sue Wachun, a physician who assists in a local hospital, has learned to save lives in the area closet to heaven by learning from the sincerity and contribution of ancestors.
