On the recommendation of the cabinet, the president on Tuesday evening dismissed the state chiefs of Gandaki and Lumbini provinces and appointed Prithviman Gurung in Gandaki and Amik Sherchan in Lumbini. I have a close relation with Amik Sherchan, who has been appointed as the Lumbini state chief.
