Most of the local levels are presenting the policy, program and budget for the coming fiscal year today. Some local levels have already submitted their policies, programs and budget for the coming year before Asar 10. Some local levels have finally prepared to submit policy and program to the budget meeting.
The Intergovernmental Finance Management Act and the Local Government Operation Act have made it a legal provision for all the local governments to submit their policies, programs and budget to their respective assemblies by Asar 10.
There is a legal provision that the local level should submit the policy, program and budget along with the economic act and the appropriated act to the assembly and pass it by mid-Asar. By Muna Chand
