The number of people infected with the corona virus has decreased in Nepal recently. Similarly, the death rate is declining, according to data released by the Ministry of Health. Currently, the number of active infected people in Kathmandu is 15 thousand 377.
Recently the number and death rate of those infected with the corona virus have been declining in Nepal. The number of infected people has decreased from 6,746 five days ago to 4,369 today. The death toll from Corona has dropped from 145 five days ago to 109 today.
The number of people infected with corona was 8,167 on May 15 and the number of deaths from corona was 187. As many as 9,247 people have been infected with corona in Nepal so far. The death toll from corona that day was 214. More than 246 people have died from corona in Nepal so far on May 19. The death toll has been steadily declining since then, according to figures released by the Ministry of Health and Population.
Currently, one lakh eight thousand 897 people are actively infected across the country. The number of corona infections has been declining in Kathmandu valley has decreased from 2,821 on May 23 to 1,093 today. According to the Ministry, 804 people have been confirmed infected in Kathmandu, 168 in Lalitpur and 133 in Bhaktapur. Currently, the number of active infected people in Kathmandu is 15 thousand 377.
