There will be no differences on the policies of America towards Nepal as the victory of Biden on the Presidential election 2020. IPS is not implemented by the Trump Administration but before him that’s just the continuation so will be happen or followed by the Biden.
India is influenced vastly by the America but they understand clearly that China is not weaker than America, so Indian Government won’t establish the Kalapani as the Multi-national Military Training Centre that only won’t disturb China alone but later themselves as well.
Holding completely the BRI project in Nepal is successful up to now due to some reasons and interest of Indo-Westerners but could not reject ultimately.
