Government to suspend air service till 12 June

 

The government has decided to suspend all international and domestic flights until 14 June.

The meeting of the high-level coordination committee to prevent and control coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic held on 20 May has decided to suspend air service until end of Nepali month Jesth i.e. 14 June.

Earlier, the government had decided to suspend all air services until 31 May. Of late, as the country is suffering from spread of the pandemic, the government has decided to close Nepali sky further.

Accordingly, the government has decided to close all its international borders till 14 June.

Nevertheless, international borders will remain opened for transportation of goods and also air cargo service as well as charter flights will continue.
