Kathmandu, 2 December: Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli is sending Madhavkumar Nepal as his special envoy to Delhi to hold talks with the Indian authorities to return Nepali territory, reports Rajdhani daily.
The special envoy is authorized to hold talks on border dispute with the Indian authorities and pave the way for returning Nepali territory.
Former prime minister Nepal is the senior leader and chief of the Foreign Department of the NCP.
