Indians have encroached borders in 961 places

In 961 places in 15 districts adjoined with India, borders are encroached by Indians.

It is reported by the Armed Police Force to the Home Ministry.

APF personnel have to submit report on situation in the border points to the Ministry every month, reports Nagarik daily.

According to the report, in 18 places in Ilam, 35 places in Jhapa, 19 places in Morang, 39 places in Sunsari, Indians have encroached Nepal-India international borders.

Accordingly, in 21 places in Saptari, 21 places in Siraha, 65 places in Dhanusha, 45 places in Mohattari and 151 places in Sarlahai  Nepal-India border dispute has been existed.

Report further states, there is border dispute in 8 places in Rauthat, 14 places in Bara and 454 places in Parsa.

There is border dispute in 2 places in Kailali, 27 places in Kanchanpur, according to the APF.
