Police have arrested 16 cadres including central members of a group led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplab’ from Martadi of Bajura district. A team deployed by the Area Police Office arrested the Biplab cadres from Gaumul rural municipality-3 while they were expanding organization and collecting donation, according to Central Police News Section.
