Next year will see the release of a set of stamps by Hongkong Post that commemorates the memory of Bruce Lee. It’s one of 12 sets of special edition stamps that will be released by Hongkong Post in 2020.
Although he died more than 40 years ago, his style of martial art is still being taught today.
Hongkong Post has printed six normal and small stamps with designs inspired by four of Lee’s movies: “China Mountain Big brother”, “The Chinese Connection”, “The Way of the Dragon”, and “Game of Death”. The designs also reflect his Jet Kune Doo philosophy.
The 12 sets of special edition stamps make up Hongkong Post’s “Stamps of Time” series, which carries the theme of “saying good-bye to the Year of the Pig and saying hello to the Year of the Rat.”
