“Terminator: Dark Fate” will hit the Chinese mainland big screens later this year.
It’s the 6th installment of the franchise, but is meant to pick up the storyline following the events of ‘Terminator 2’ which was released in the 1990s.
Franchise creator James Cameron wrote the script and Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as ‘The Terminator’ in the movie being released in the US on Nov. 1.
Its opening date on the mainland has yet to be announced.
The 2015 film “Terminator Genisys” grossed about 725 million yuan (about 101.7 million U.S. dollars) on the Chinese mainland.
