Police have arrested a man involved in terrorizing women by attacking with sharply pointed objects from Maharajgunj early Friday morning.
According to Police, Santosh Karki, 30, of Ramechhap currently staying in Maharajgunj has been arrested after investigating CCTV footage of the places where syringe attacks were reported.
Attacks on women with sharp pointed objects in the evening and night had been reported in the Kathmandu Valley lately.
Five women had lodged formal complaints with the police about such attacks. The accused has told the police that he used to pierce women with nails, and not syringe. He did so for fun only.
