Kathmandu Metropolitan Police, in the past month, has arrested 82 pickpockets from various parts of the Kathmandu valley.
Police officials, as part of their special campaign, arrested the pickpockets from public transports and made them public on Sunday.
Responding to repeated complaints from transport companies and passengers, police have booked them. Police have filed burglary cases against the alleged pickpockets.
