Cadres of Tarun Dal, the youth wing of Nepali Congress (NC), have been arrested for trying to wave black flags at Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli who returned home Sunday morning completing his eight-day Europe visit.
According to President of Tarun Dal Krishnaji Khadka, Kathmandu president Dinesh Bikram Shaha and another cadre has been arrested from the Tribhuvan Inetrnational Airport (TIA)
