18 leaders and workers of the government banned CPN Netra Bikram Chand Biplav group have been arrested from Kaski district.
The Police was able to arrest such a large number of Biplav’s members at a time when they were holding party meeting in Uri of Annapurna Rural Development Municipality-11 in Kaski District.
Those arrest leaders and workers of Biplav group are known to be Bibek Bhandari “Aakrosh”, Kaji Gurung, Mila Rai, among others.
