NCP meeting fails to settle burning issues

The ruling Nepal Communist Party has postponed its secretariat meeting,  called earlier for Monday until further notice, thereby failing to settle burning issues including power sharing.
The party’s General Secretary Bishnu Paudel informed leaders of the nine member body about the postponement citing two chairmen of the party–Khagda Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal–will hold a discussion to prepare for the secretariat meeting, reports Gorkhapatra daily.

Meanwhile, Online Khabar reports that Prachand and Oli will particularly discuss the differences surfaced between them about sharing the government leadership. Likewise, they will also discuss distributing various responsibilities to the central members.

Oli is planning to discuss the issues with senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal also. After Nepal made a statement supporting Oli about the government leadership, Oli is interested to meet and include him in major negotiations of the party.Oli and Dahal had a meeting on Sunday but they could not sort out the prevailing problems.
