The revolutionary group led by Netra Bikram Chand abducted a Nepal army cadet on April 29 which was maintained a secret by Nepal Army and Chand Group.
According to Annapurna Post, Surendra Bahadur Shahi of Jagarkot district was abducted while he was on his way home from Bairahawa on that day. As he managed to flee from the clutches of the abductors,then only the incidence was known.
