Kathmandu, 11 May: More than one hundred thirty-two thousand criminals are still absconding, according to the Verdict Implementation Unit of the Supreme Court. Those who are absconding are the former Inspector General of Police Ramesh Chand Thakuri whose involvement in the infamous Sudan Scam in the procurement of paraphernalia of UN Mission.
Other escapees among those are Madhu Sudan Silwal, Shambhu Bharati, Pawan Jung Karki who were pronounced guilty by the apex court.
