A shared wardrobe for women has opened in the northwest city of Xi’an, as the growth in sharing services continues across China.
The cost of leasing the clothes on offer ranges from several hundred to several thousand yuan. For example, you can lease seven outfits valued at 30,000 yuan (4,500 U.S. dollars) for a year at a cost of 3,980 yuan (600 U.S. dollars). A private wardrobe consultant is also on offer to provide advice.

After the lease expires, the customer can either return the clothes or buy them at a 30 percent discount.
