Banepa, Oct 1 :
A person died and four others were injured in a road accident at Khanikhola rural municipality-1 in Kavrepalanchowk this morning.
The deceased has been identified as Dipesh Jimba, 25, of Khanikhola rural municipality-4, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Kavrepalanchowk, Dhundiraj Neupane.
The accident took place at Gairibhanjyang when a jeep (Ba 5 Kha 4117) was heading towards Banepa from Dandagaun, said police.
Of the injured, two are receiving treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital and remaining two are undergoing treatment at Scheer Memorial Hospital, Banepa. The body of Jimba has been kept at Dhulikhel Hospital for postmortem.
