Kathmandu / Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Jeevan Ram Shrestha, on Wednesday held consultation with bodies concerned regarding launching a night heritage tour in Kathmandu Valley. On the occasion, Minister Shrestha expressed the belief that night heritage tour would help increase the number of tourists and their stay in Katmandu Valley. He said that the night heritage tour would help promote art, culture and heritages of Kathmandu Valley as the destination of foreign and domestic tourists as well as conserve heritages. It is said the night heritage tour would be operated by making all preparations including collaboration between tourism entrepreneurs and locals, arrangement of lights, security as well as running local business till evening.
