(220812) — ALGIERS, Aug. 12, 2022 (Xinhua) — Artists perform during the national Chaabi music festival in Algiers, Algeria, on Aug. 12, 2022. Chaabi means in Arabic “folk” or “popular.” As a kind of traditional music, Chaabi first appeared in late 19th century in the old city of Cabah in the heart of Algiers.
