UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres shows the third report of his Global Crisis Response Group on Food, Energy and Finance over the Ukraine conflict at the UN headquarters in New York, on Aug. 3, 2022. Guterres on Wednesday called for taxation on windfall profits of oil and gas companies to ease the impact of the energy crisis on the most vulnerable people.
