Ganesh Poudel, a resident of Kushma-1, Samakhusi, is the subject of a complaint filed by the Revenue Investigation Department at the District Court of Kathmandu for misuse of foreign currency.
According to the agency, the investigation was conducted after it was discovered that a significant amount of money had been brought into Nepal from abroad through illegal means and distributed to several individuals.
According to the department, Poudel established it as a company to gain financial benefits without depending exclusively on the support of one family or group of relatives.
The press release from the department said that the case was registered today after working for Rs. 8 crores 23 lakh 26 thousand 806 because authorization to conduct foreign currency operations was not obtained and unlawful activities were found.
