Kathmandu, June 22
CPN (Unified Socialist) has called a meeting of the central committee. A meeting of the party’s Standing Committee held on Monday had called a meeting of the central committee on June 24.
To prepare for the central committee meeting, the Unified Socialist has called a meeting of the Politburo for June 23.
On June 28, the party has scheduled a federal council meeting. This is the first time the party has convened a federal council meeting since the split.
