Kathmandu, June 19
The impeachment recommendation committee has not been allowed to function, according to CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Pradip Gyawali.
The impeachment, according to Gyawali, an international lawmaker in the House of
Representatives, was motivated by personal hatred.
He did say, however, that the impeachment recommendation committee was not permitted to work.
